Problem
Running a software business across disconnected portfolio, inquiry, CRM, client, payment, team, content, and deployment tools creates duplicate work and weakens the connection between public promises and operational delivery.
Solution
Built one role-aware platform that connects public content and proof to structured lead intake, commercial and client workflows, team sites, product experiences, and protected operational tooling.
Architecture
A Next.js application and custom server expose public and authenticated experiences over a MongoDB domain model, with permission-aware APIs, feature flags, background jobs, notifications, payments, and a release activation workflow.
- +Public CMS, portfolio, service, pricing, careers, and inquiry surfaces
- +Lead CRM, client records, quotes, payments, promotions, referrals, and support
- +User, client, workforce, administrator, and team-site permission boundaries
- +App Builder, mentorship, credits, subscriptions, chat, and notification workflows
- +Database migration, backup, deployment, activation, verification, and rollback operations
Outcomes
- +Consolidated eight business capability groups in one deployed application.
- +Connected public inquiry attribution to internal lead and notification workflows.
- +Created separate public, client/workforce, and administrator experiences.
- +Established repeatable release activation, verification, migration, and rollback tooling.
